Hello Walker families. As you know, keeping our students safe, healthy and IN SCHOOL is our #1 priority. To ensure this, we need for ALL families to fill out the COVID-19 Testing forms. Thank you to all who have already filled out these forms. If you are opting out of COVID testing, we still need you to submit the testing form. Thank you!

If you prefer to fill out the forms on paper, please visit the school site. We will have staff in front of the school all week during drop off and pickup, to distribute the forms to you, and support you in filling them out.
